Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bos-Man Boardroom (“Boardroom,” “we,” or “us”) website and membership. By creating a Boardroom account, purchasing a membership, or attending a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or join the membership.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to join the Boardroom. The Boardroom is designed for licensed barbers, shop owners, and serious apprentices. Membership is invite-only and we reserve the right to decline or end any membership at our sole discretion.

The Boardroom offers three monthly membership tiers:

• Chair Level— $97/month. In-person monthly Boardroom access, group networking, core business strategy, execution challenges, resource handouts, community support.
• Boss Level— $197/month. Everything in Chair Level plus full accountability system, session replay access, priority hot-seat scheduling, private group chat, monthly progress reviews.
• CEO Level— $497/month. Everything in Boss Level plus 1-on-1 access to Bos-Man, VIP seating, custom business roadmap, priority booking, and the CEO networking circle.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. We may change prices for new memberships at any time; existing members will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase to their tier.

Memberships are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate for your tier.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Failed payments will be retried by Stripe per their standard retry schedule. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

First-session guarantee.Try your first Boardroom session risk-free. If, after attending your first session, the Boardroom does not change how you think about your business, contact us within 7 days of that session for a full refund of that month’s membership fee.

After the first month, monthly membership fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds.

The Boardroom is a real room with real people. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat every member, instructor, and guest with respect.
• Keep what is shared in the room confidential. Members routinely discuss revenue, pricing, and personal business details. What gets said in the Boardroom stays in the Boardroom.
• Show up prepared, follow through on execution challenges, and contribute to the room.
• Not record sessions without explicit, written permission. Any replay access provided to Boss and CEO members is for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates this code of conduct, with or without refund depending on the severity of the violation.

All curriculum, frameworks, recordings, handouts, and other materials provided through the Boardroom are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Members receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for their own business education. You may not copy, sell, distribute, publicly display, or use these materials to train competing products without our prior written consent.

The Boardroom is education and coaching, not a guarantee of financial results. Your business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, your market, your execution, and the broader economy. We make no representation or warranty regarding any specific income, revenue, or growth you will achieve as a Boardroom member.

The website and membership are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Boardroom, its operators, and 1865 Free Money LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the website or membership. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Boardroom, its operators, instructors, and 1865 Free Money LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the website or membership.

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Boardroom and any related materials ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the website or membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Boardroom will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
